Description

Un thé noir organique unique de Bihar, en Inde, et entièrement fabriqué à la main. Les feuilles sont très parfumées, minces, torsadées et épaisses ; C'est un thé vraiment unique !

Une fois dans l'eau, notre thé Doke Black Fusion produit une liqueur ambrée et possède un arôme parfumé et riche, une belle infusion dorée à la saveur profonde et complexe. Ce thé est corsé, sucré et aromatique avec une agréable sensation en bouche. Légèrement sec et amer sur la langue, il laisse place à une saveur onctueuse avec des notes de fruits à noyau, plus précisemment la prune. Le Doke Black Fusion Fait Main est un excellent thé du matin. Il est délicieux chaud ou glacé !

I did a 3 1/2 minute brew using 5 grams of tea to 180ml (6oz) of water at a brew temp of 94 - 95C/201- 203F.
I'm detecting a multiple layered aroma of plum & apple (maybe muscat grape), with a fresh full deliciously smooth mouthfeel & sweet buttery flavor.

A MUST try, & highly recommended!

[EN] The description is really spot on. This looks and tastes very much like a fine oolong. Mouthfeel is full and I think people under state the importance of thick and slick feeling of a fine tea. I love how this tea goes from slightly almost salty to a sweet finish on the lips and gums. Nice Qi as well.

[EN] Excellent description from Jeff, below: salty to sweet is a good descriptor. Definite profile of prunes, rather than plums. The dried, sweetened, raisiny, quality makes it lean this way. Mouthfeel is satiny and flavour is full-bodied. A great cool-weather tea, to my mind, as the baked prune flavour is really comforting as the season turns.
