What makes a good tea infuser?
Room for the leaves to expand and mesh fine enough to hold small particles. Small tea balls crowd the leaves and can give a weaker cup, which is why the easyTEA Infuser is wide and deep.
Are tea filter bags good for fine teas like rooibos?
Yes. Paper filter bags hold even very fine leaves, such as rooibos and broken herbal blends, that can slip through metal mesh.
How should I store loose leaf tea?
In an airtight, opaque container away from light, heat, moisture and strong smells. A tin like ours is ideal; avoid clear jars on a sunny counter.
