Unser Doke Schwarze Fusion Tee hat nach dem aufgießen eine bernsteinfarbene Liquor und ein stark duftendes Aroma - wirklich ein schöner goldener Aufguss mit einer komplexen Tiefe im Geschmack. Der traditionsreiche Tee ist vollmundig, süß, aromatisch mit großem Mundgefühl. Leicht trocken und bitter auf Ihre Zunge, aber weich mit einem reichen fast Buttergeschmack mit Noten von Steinobst/Pflaume. Doke Schwarze Fusion Hand Made ist ein ausgezeichneter Morgentee und ist großartig wenn heiß serviert oder auch als Eistee!

[EN] To me this just tastes like an average loose leaf 'english' tea. Pronounced bitterness, slightes bit of acridity, astringent and slightly mineral with notes of plum, best to drink with milk. I prefer Japanese and Yunnan teas, not super fond of english breakfast style.

I'd rate it a 2.5 or 3 but I know I'm biased so it gets a 4. If you like 'english' style teas with milk this is for you.

[EN] Genuinely one of the best and most interesting black teas that I have ever had. Its a black tea with oolong and other qualities - definitely a unique flavor profile and SO GOOD. Its a very complex, layered tea experience and you really need to taste it for yourself because my description could never do it any justice - it's truly one of a kind.

Trust me though, you'll like it!

[EN] Excellent description from Jeff, below: salty to sweet is a good descriptor. Definite profile of prunes, rather than plums. The dried, sweetened, raisiny, quality makes it lean this way. Mouthfeel is satiny and flavour is full-bodied. A great cool-weather tea, to my mind, as the baked prune flavour is really comforting as the season turns.

[EN] The description is really spot on. This looks and tastes very much like a fine oolong. Mouthfeel is full and I think people under state the importance of thick and slick feeling of a fine tea. I love how this tea goes from slightly almost salty to a sweet finish on the lips and gums. Nice Qi as well.
