Nuestro Rohini Darjeeling First Flush es uno de los mejores tés Darjeeling; La finca Rohini se encuentra en el valle Kurseong de Darjeeling, en India. Con su rico sabor de múltiples capas, Rohini Darjeeling es un Darjeeling realmente único. Una vez listo, notará un delicado amargor que complementa el efecto persistente de la astringencia. El té es rico en notas aromáticas de almendra y vainilla dulce, combinadas con fragancias florales; una vez en el agua, la hoja libera un licor vivo de color amarillo dorado, con una sensación en boca suave y sutil. Tiene una ligera astringencia y un aroma floral bien equilibrado y matizado.

[EN] I decided to test a bunch of tea from TeaLyra so I ordered a set and brewed them all the same. For our test, 1 full teaspoon of tea was used and all were steeped for 3 minutes in a 50mL teacup. To test how well the smell and taste held up, I also included a second brew during our test.

This is a medium strength darjeeling. The scent is not very strong, but it is pleasant. It is crisp and clean, but the taste is on the weak side. Flavourless on second brew. I have brewed this to drink separate from my test, I usually make it strong and even with stronger/longer steeping, this tea holds up quite well. It does not get bitter, the flavour holds up even when tepid. Still only works best for the first brew. One of the better teas from this lot.
