I have tried about a dozen sleep teas. This one wins my undying loyalty. Within about 1 hour of consuming the tea, I drift into the deepest most restful sleep of my life. I wake up feeling totally rested, with a kind of gentle ease in my muscles and joints that I often lack. No strange dreams, either. As for taste: it's decent, with the chamomile and lemon balm ultimately balancing each other out for a slightly sweet, very slightly herbal, soft minty taste. Definitely be wary of oversteeping because it can grow bitter (as most mint-heavy teas run that risk). I find 4-5 minutes is sufficient. Then do something relaxing and wait for the sleep to descend like a soft, comforting blanket.
My insomnia is SOOOOOO Bad I'm lucky with the 3 sleep meds I'm prescribed to get 4 to 5 hours, I tried bedtime tea lost my mind I slept so HARD, SO SOLID, I legit wake up like what happened oh yea we SLEPT and it's 7 hours 8 hours I'm getting that is worthy of a hand shake and word of mouth to every one I know lol I can not be with out this tea!!!! THANK U SO MUCH

Love this tea! My favourite just before going to bed and works wonders for me when i consistently take it. The best bed time tea in my opinion. ❤️

Love this. It has everything you could want in a bedtime tea. I accidentally over brewed my first cup at 7 minutes and it definitely had some bitter flavours in the cup so don't do what I did. Easily avoidable, just stick to 5 minutes or less and set a timer. I can tell this has quickly become my new bed time tea. 5/5

By far my best relaxation tea. You really don’t need any sweetener as the tea is delicate, aromatic, and soothing. I do add some honey if I have a sore throat. Will repurchase but want to compare to the other herbal soothing blends. This is a staple in my tea kit!
I have had ALL of the nighttime teas there are out there over the years. This just came in a few days ago and it is the most smooth, best tasting AND it does the trick. I have slept so sound. I only WISH I had ordered more as there is a $50 minimum for free shipping. I hope you will try it as I wouldn't take the time to let you know how good it is if I weren't totally sincere. Zzzzzzzzz :)

Really the best. You can smell and taste the quality of this tea. It relaxes me and taste so good too. 100% recommend .
A very nice bedtime blend.
Unlike many other similar blends, you won't only "sip" Chamomile.
Absolutely love the taste of this, everything goes together so well and the spearmint isn't overpowering.

Really nice to drink but could do with more hemp as camomile and mint are quite strong
