Description

Elegant, refined, and balanced- our White Peach Rose is an alluring black tea blend with notes of rose, grapefruit and sweet white peach.

With a base of rich, heavy Assam black tea and a mild well rounded Nilgiri black tea, we have added South African rooibos and honeybush, with orange peel, hibiscus, and rose petals for a balanced, unique tea taste. Black tea drinkers have a 50% less risk of heart disease! Black tea is known to prevent diabetes, by reducing and balancing blood sugar levels.

Once steeped, the deep maroon infusion has a heady peach aroma. The bold black tea is a wonderful partner for the light citrus zing of orange and grapefruit, while honeybush offers mild sweetness, the blend ends with gentle floral notes.

Try serving White Peach Rose for your next brunch party, it is delightful whether served hot or iced!

This one is interesting - it caught me off guard with its complexity. The hibiscus imparts some tartness, and the citrus imparts some bitter notes. (I enjoy bitter notes in my black teas, and I like tart notes in my white teas and tisanes, but I don't usually drink black teas with both of those flavor profiles.) It was a bit too much for me on its own, but when I added some honey, it balanced out the tartness of the hibiscus and allowed the floral notes from the rose to come forward, resulting in a more harmonious blend of flavors.

Wow, such a nice blend; very flavorful, nice, soft tasting and not much caffeine.

Nothing great but nothing bad, the smell is great though. I really dislike that they don’t say exactly what the “natural flavouring” is, because natural flavourings or scents have already been debunked that they aren’t natural and real. The flavour is mild. I wouldn’t get it again.
