Apple
Apples have been grown across Europe and Central Asia for thousands of years, and dried apple pieces are the backbone of countless fruit tea blends. They brew a naturally sweet, mellow cup with a gentle orchard aroma and give the infusion a fuller body. Apple pairs with almost anything: cinnamon, ginger, berries, citrus, hibiscus, rooibos and black tea. Because the pieces hold their flavor well, apple blends are lovely both piping hot in winter and poured over ice in summer.
Blackberry leaves come from the same bramble bush that gives us blackberries, a plant that grows wild throughout Europe and North America. Dried and cut, they brew a mild, smooth, slightly earthy cup with a light, tea-like dryness and none of the fruit's sweetness. In Germany and Central Europe they are a classic base for herbal and fruit blends, pairing well with raspberry leaves, strawberry leaves, apple, rosehip and mint. Blackberry leaves are naturally caffeine-free.
Carrots are root vegetables first cultivated in Central Asia and now grown all over the world in many colors, from orange to purple. Dried carrot pieces add a mild, natural sweetness, a slightly earthy note and a warm orange color to the cup. I was so pleasantly surprised by this tea, it smelled good just opening the bag but I wasn’t expecting such a layer of flavor. It steeps so light in color that I assumed it wouldn’t have much taste & boy I was wrong! I love a tea that has a layer of flavors with fruit but the fruit isn’t overpowering, with this I can taste the lemongrass ( also a usual overpowering ingredient but it’s subtle & amazing in this ) I am obsessed, this was part of my second order within a week of discovering Tealyra, & I am so pleased with the loose teas I’ve discovered. I think I’ve now accumulated 28 different teas to try, if you are on the fence about trying a new company I can promise you’ll love them

For decades now I drink a pot of herbal tea every evening, I have tried all kind of combinations of herbs and Tealyra carries many of my favourites...but this tea blew me away, it has layers of flavours, it is sweet floral and fruity. I usually put a bit of raw honey in my evening tea, but this tea is naturally sweet and honey is not needed.

The flavor is fabulous. The smell, the taste is something you should try. Very delicious, sweet taste, despite that does not contain any sugar, something perfect before bedtime. Definitely one of my favorite tea.

First off, this is an absolutely beautiful tea and you won’t go wrong in ordering it. It is both unique and comforting, with wonderful can’t-put-my-finger-on-it flavours enveloping every mouthful.
However, I am docking one star, and the reason has nothing to do with the tea itself. I purchased one 200g “bag” for myself so I could have as much as I wanted, and then purchased a couple each of the 100 and 50g bags to give as gifts and stocking stuffers. What I received was 4x100 g bags and 2x50g bags. Had I known that the 200g bags were going to come as 2x100g bags I would have bundled them (2x200g) to save a cpl of dollars. I know it’s not a lot of money but I found this a bit disingenuous. If this was only done because the company ran out of 200g bags and so just gave me 2x100g instead, then I sincerely apologize and will change the rating. I would just have liked a heads up/explanation. I think if this was outlined on the product page, it would make people happy.
In conclusion, bundle your 100g purchases and save a little. But also, buy this tea. It’s incredible.
