Description
Qingxin Soft Branch Oolong – Creamy, Floral High-Mountain OolongSoft Branch Oolong, also known as Qingxin Oolong, is one of Taiwan's most iconic tea cultivars, admired for its elegant floral aroma, smooth body and refined mountain character. This special version is grown far from its Taiwanese homeland, in the high-altitude gardens of Mt. Gaoligong in Baoshan, Yunnan, where endless forests, clean mountain air and elevations above 2, 000 meters create an exceptional environment for premium oolong. Crafted following a Taiwanese tea master's recipe, it brings together authentic Taiwanese oolong-making skill with the pure, natural character of Yunnan's high mountains. The leaves undergo light oxidation of around 15%, a medium roast and two rounds of fresh-leaf shaking to develop aroma, texture and depth. Tasting Notes
