Our white tea-based blend is very pleasant, with a dark, toffee-like, rich buttery taste, a touch of cream and floral undertones that linger on and on. Warm cinnamon, pink peppercorn and bright marigold petals add subtle depth. It's not bitter at all — just delightfully sweet. As it cools, it becomes creamier and a little thicker in the aftertaste, especially the floral tones.

A little steeping tipLet just-boiled water cool for a minute or two — water that’s too hot can turn delicate leaves bitter. Good leaves give a lovely second cup, too.

Preparation:

Use 1-1.5 TSP or 1 BAG per 200ml of water at 85°C and steep for 3-4 min.

The white leaf with butterscotch is a wonderful pairing. It is rich in aroma but with delicate taste, extremely pleasant overall. The tea leaf and other flavors are in perfect balance and i enjoy it without sugar.
